We specialise in working with small business owners. This means we think more broadly–more ideas, smaller tests. .Our job isn’t to manage a consulting firm, it’s to grow your sales. We’ll talk to your customers to inform our ideas. How someone can ask you to accept their ideas about improving your marketing without first doing this suggests they’re more interested in your money than your success. Message drives everything. An updated brochure, website or direct mailer without an updated message that reflects what your customers are concerned about today ( not 12 months when you launched your new site!) are a waste of money. It’s all about the message.
We’re also big on implementation & execution of strategy . Consistency and the ability to assess and refine marketing efforts is tough in a small business. We understand this and it’s one of the things we bring to every client relationship.
Tony Frawley, Managing Director
Tony is the Founder and Managing Director of Frawley Marketing. He founded Frawley Marketing to fulfill a need he perceived in the market to deliver high quality, strategic marketing advice to SMEs where such expertise is frequently either missing, under-valued or overlooked.
Prior to founding the business in 2010, Tony held a number of senior marketing & business Development roles in both large multi-national organisations such as Smurfit Kappa and Cook Medical, as well as working for SMEs such as James McMahon Group and Norman Lauder Ltd. He has worked in marketing across a number of different industry sectors, ranging from medical devices to construction and packaging in both Ireland and the UK. Tony has an MSc in Marketing from University of Glamorgan; he is a Graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and holds a BBS from the Limerick Institute of Technology.
Tony’s marketing consultancy projects cover a range of strategic marketing engagements in the private sector advising organisations on all aspects of marketing and business development.
